The Aruna Hotel - Chennai

The hotel's location is excellent, with key areas within walking distance. the rooms were spacious and clean, making for a comfortable stay. the breakfast offered was a nice touch and had good variety.

The service could have been better, as there were some areas of concern such as late night room service and inefficient geyser. the swimming pool was of no use.

Staffs are quick in response at check in and room services

The hotel was a fabulous base for staying in the heart of Chennai. Breakfast was GOOD! Positioned 9 miles from the airport.

This place is conveniently located close to the airport, only 9 miles away, and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, such as the Cream Centre which is just 5 minutes away.

The hotel offered a variety of amenities, including a pool and in-room dining service. The staff was attentive and provided good service.- The hotel was located in a convenient area, close to key attractions and transportation options.

The AC was not working properly and had to be fixed multiple times. The breakfast provided was not up to standard and was unpleasant.

Check-in was swift and hotel staff were very helpful with questions about travel and local shops. The room itself was comfortable with a very large bed and great shower.

Breakfast was ok, but nothing to write home about. Stick to the Indian offerings. Laundry was rather expensive by Indian standards.

The staff were very friendly and responsive. They were in attendance at all times. I asked for taxis, a trip to the temples, information on shopping, use of the business center and in all of these requests the staff were very helpful, friendly and effective. This is my second stay at the Aruna.

My shower backed up but overall the experience was satisfying. This is my 2nd stay at the Aruna.

It was close to important landmarks and easily accessible by public transportation. the room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a clean and well-maintained bathroom. the staff provided excellent service and were attentive to all my needs. the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. the hotel had great facilities and provided a pleasant stay.

That the external phone line had some issues, which made it difficult to make and receive calls.
